Kids tv

I have updated my now tv on my phone and I pad and it now displays kids tv but I wish to play it on my lg smart tv or my ps4 but there is no update for it and so my kids now can't watch the now tv kids on the telly also your contact us service is terrible you click it and it doesn't take you anywhere but back to the same page you try going to live chat takes you to the same page or to these forums yet to live chat send email or anything else related to now tv the only option seems to be a forum and just have to keep checking for a reply hopefully

Welcome to the forum.

A few other people have mentioned no updates on LG or PS yet so it looks like it might still be ongoing. However if you want to try talking to live chat then as a shortcut to get there go to the following help page

and click the Start Live Chat button.

I would just like to add I think now tv is great so I have no issues I just wanted to add my comments so you could put into action the update I contacted lg and they said it is not an issue with them as they recommended deleting and reinstalling the app and it will always update to the latest update they have thank you

As for Kids TV on your LG TV and PS4, we have been rolling out the update across all our devices, some might pick it up a little later than expected but it should still be on its way. 

Do keep us updated here! I'll be keeping my eye out.

When will the ps3 get the now tv update. I've added the kids to my subscription but it's showing only on my phone and tablet

Have you received it yet? Keep an eye out for it today and see if reinstalling it helps so you can be sure to get the latest version of the app 🙂

No I tried re installing then couldn't sign in the keyboard on screen went
nuts.but ok now but still no update yet

By the sounds of it from what I wrote for issue with t v and ps4 so must be same for ps3 the updates didn't happen at the same time for all systems I'm sure in the coming days it will be updated for all including the ps3 and ps4 I gusse sometimes these things take a little time to sort I'm positive it will happen soon and each day try checking for an update as it may not update manually or each day try deleting the app and reinstalling it this will be what I intend to do

I've tried re installing. And then had problems signing in.but ok now.will just have to be patient and let now tv sort it out . many thanks for the suggestions

My LG Smart tv is still not showing the kids tv section. I have reinstalled the app from the LG App store. But the file on the app tv store is still showing version 2.0.4.
