Looks like the updates with the kids pass are starting to appear on NOW TV boxes. You can check yours by doing the following.
From your homescreen, go to Settings >System > System Update and see if an update is available. If not, leave it a while and try again later. You should notice the NOW TV app is now a yellow and pink logo.

We did reach out to our customer base to let them know that this change was due to take place. We're sorry if you missed this email.
The Kids Pass is £2.99 after your 14 day free trial, we have added lots more content to the Kids Pass which include extra channels!
If you haven't received the update yet, fear not. We are in the process of rolling out this update to the devices that support the Kids Pass. Please see @Andy steps above on how to perform an update.
