Mobile pass

I have mobile sports pass but most of them doesn’t work, any way it can be fixed before I complain?

Just had another read of your post and it sounds to me that the Mobile Membership is working on your smartphone, where with a Mobile Membership you only get five out of the eleven Sky Sports channels.

I am assuming the Mobile Membership is showing on your online account (because the Mobile Membership freebie that comes with a Day Pass purchase can take up to 10 days to be automatically added to your account) and your smartphone is using the same account details ?

 

Also you are attempting to watch one of the five permitted channels with a Mobile Membership, which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News ?

 

if so, maybe try a fresh NOW App download from your smartphone Apps Store, temporary switch the power off on the phone, then after powering the phone back up log into the App.
