By design, there isn’t one. Instead use Live Chat.

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; the Nowbot, while it means well, doesn’t know its own limitations, and it won’t help you once you get to this stage. Also, don’t choose Request a Refund, even if that is what you want, as that will only deliver you to the Nowbot; pick something else.
What you wanted to watch, and what device you were using to watch on, will no doubt be useful information for them.
They may well advise you to reboot your router, and then reboot your device, which you could perhaps try before calling them.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
