This error message has been cropping up a bit recently (i have never come across it so far myself when using NOW).
Have you tried backing out of the episode to the main NOW home screen page and try again ?
Other basic stuff I would try is unplugging the power to your playback device for about 2 minutes and maybe a reboot on your Router.

Episode 11 was working a couple days later.
But now Episode 15 has the same issue!

What is going on? Haven't had these issues with any of the other seasons.

NOW Twitter are aware of a number of different error messages cropping up on different TV shows and movies on various device platforms.
Here's an example in the screen shot below of a recent tweet sent out today.

Update: the episode works the next day but does not play half way through.
