Still getting Ads even with the boost membership trial

Just been trying to watch Game of Thrones and going onto the next episode, why am I getting ads in-between switching episodes? It has happened twice now.

I currently have the Cinema, Entertainment, and Boost membership. (Cinema and Boost are on trial)

With the Boost membership, it specifically states 'ad-free streaming'. I expect not to be getting ads on any type of membership even if I had only the Entertainment Membership itself. Just more reason for me to not continue using NowTV after this period has ended.

I also feel as though the stream quality whilst having this Boost Membership active hasn't increased to 'Full HD'. It just looks the exact same, still quite pixelated. My download speed is above 50 MB/s so that would definitely not be the reason why it is pixelated either.

I expected a much better experience overall.

They are trailers, not ads. If you didn't have Boost then the programme itself would be regularly interrupted.

Boost removes third party adverts from on demand content ONLY. The details of boost and ad free streaming are very clear on this.

Live TV adverts and promo trailers from NOW are here to stay!

Also you have failed to say what device you are using, as boost for 1080p is only supported on relevant devices.

For boost to fully kick in you should sign out and back in if it’s been less than 4 hours. See third drop down FAQ.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
