A couple of people had some success by going into the System Settings on their stick and under the Audio option changed the setting to Stereo.
Don't know if it will make any difference in your case.
If you are also using a HDMI external switch box, then bypass it and plug the Stick directly into the HDMI port on your television.
Also try a different HDMI port on your television with the Stick.
Should the problem persist, then if you have another TV in the home, temporary test the Stick on the second television to see if the same Audio Sync symptoms remain.
