That’s like pulling teeth. Been on 30 mins of them asking the same questions. Giving up will watch sky news on Freeview. Load of rubbish

What device are you using?
Is it a NOW branded device using the Sky News app?

Can I assume you've tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
Clearing the app cache?
Rebooting the devices including your router?

Yeah done all that. Does it on 3x Apple TVs and 2x Samsung tvs
