Saudi GP Qualifying giving error code 1004

Is anyone else having issues streaming the Saudi F1 qualifying? Error code 1004 on repeat

What device are you using? 

Are you able to delete and reinstall the app?
Unplug your device and router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
