My Windows 11 laptop has suddenly stopped displaying video but still has audio.

Already tried uninstalling Now app and restarting pc but still just a black screen, unless I click on the screen, then I get a still image of what is being streamed. Worked fine until now and no changes made to pc that might have caused this. Anyone seen this before? The labels required don't cover my issue but nearest is no sound, but I do have sound! Should be a "no video" label!!!

What browser are you using?
Have you tried another browser?

Have you tried deleting the browser data and cookies?

Hi there, many thanks for your response. Am using the default Edge browser supplied and now has worked fine for months, and discovery plus still works fine. I did clear cookies etc for last 24hrs thinking this should cover the time when it failed but no change.   
Perhaps I need to delete all history to get this going again.
