We are all just your fellow-customers here, so when you say ‘you’ you aren’t talking to anyone who works for Now.
And even if we wanted to verify what you say, we would need to watch what? 7 series? Twice, once on Now, once on YouTube?
Give us a break, give us a clue; give us an example of what we can see on YouTube that we can’t see on Now, Series, Episode, Timecode.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
