I can never watch Sam & Cat

Because its never available on NOW. And although it's on Nickelodeon sometimes, it's on very late night & I'd be asleep at that time

I see it’s on Sky, which often, but not necessarily, means it would be on Now. And in this case, it doesn’t seem to be.

Maybe email customerservices@ NowTV.com (without the embedded space) and ask if they can get it for you?

However, it is on a lot of other streaming services also, as you can see from here:-

This screenshot, by the way, is from the free JustWatch app, which is great for showing you where any given programme or movie is available to stream, SD, HD or UHD, and for how much, if it’s not available on any streaming subscription channel you might have.

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
