FROM sound issues and episode wonkiness

We sat down to stream FROM s1e7 on our Now app on our Firestick Max. An advert cut in during the theme song, and after the ads, the content had no sound. I restarted the app, and the beginning before the theme still had sound, but again, adverts interrupted the theme and no sound after they played.

I tried playing the episode on my Android Now app, and instead of playing episode 7, it played episode 1 even though it says it's playing episode 7.

I hope this can be fixed.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Making sure the fire stick is fully updated?

Unplugged both the fire stick and router for a few minutes?

It's all updated, and it's obviously something on Now's end as the episode is wonky on two different platforms. It's not my router because it's the same on mobile data. It's literally the only episode that has the issue.

Adverts really shouldn't interrupt the theme anyway.
