Episode not playing

I've tried to play The White Lotus S1 E6 multiple times but NOWTV not responding. I've already tried logging out/in, uninstalling/re-installing and a different device.

It's not a fault with my PS5 or TV as all other apps work fine. Also doesn't seem to be a problem between my PS5/TV and the NOWTV app as other shows on the app are working (even other episodes of The White Lotus still work).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Outside of doing a reboot or power down of your router for a few minutes you’ve done the right things. Best to report direct with staff via live chat. 

Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
