Downloading from ipad, i get messages & im unable to download!

When i try to download something, i get messages of JOIN NOW, etc

but i dont want to join as im already a member…..but cant download until you click on message

can anyone help please

Is your iPad fully updated?

What about downloading using your phone as a hotspot?

Try unplugging your router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Doubledaft question, you are logging in to your Now account when you start Now in the browser on your iPad?

Tripledaft questions, you are trying to download something from a membership that you have - Cinema, Entertainment, Sport, Hayu?

You don’t think you are a member because you have Now Broadband; which is quite separate from the streaming services?

Taking the programme you are trying to download; can you watch it on the iPad, or do you get bounced from that as well?

Are you trying to download it over mobile internet, but you have the option to do that turned off?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
