Have you tried to log out and log back in to your device?
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this did not work. I've tried:
- Uninstalling/reinstalling app
- Signing out and back in to NOW
- Signing out of device (Roku Express 4k) and back in
Still have an active Boost membership and still seeing adverts (Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc) . Any further advise from anyone appreciated.
It’s odd as I have heard some weird issues going on with Boost mainly down to the changes relating to stream reductions.
Definitely sounds like you’ve down what you can do on your end.
Another suggestion is you could try using your phone data just to see what happens?
Maybe best to head onto live chat and report the issues your having with still getting third party adverts even having boost.
Just make sure to click “chat online”.
