too slow

Speed is too slow and also frequent disconnection. how to raise complain, never experienced such poor service.

Ethernet or Wi-Fi?

To diagnose speed issues, you need to connect via Ethernet.

 And when you say disconnection, is the router dropping the internet signal, or is the Wi-Fi dropping out?
