scam phone call

Now broadband was installed 2 days ago I reported an issue with wifi last night, this morning i received a scam call on the landline asking me to log in to my bank account and put in my personal bank details after screen sharing I asked for an email and they sent me one saying I have compensation - I said send me the link I wil do it later and they swore at me and seemed to know about another card I had. not happy that my information has been shared like this thanks

Same thing happened to me.  A bit more than a coincidence that the scammers (1) knew I was a NOW customer (2) knew I had technical problems.  Conclusion, there is a data breach in the NOW organisation.  Take care!
