discounted broadband contract for disabled

I had no idea when looking for a provider that nowtv do a discounted contract for people that are disabled, but im now on a 2 year contract I believe and I'm wondering if I can switch and start a disabled contract? never had Internet in my house before so I'm unaware of the way things go..

It’s not for disabled people per se, but it’s for people on one or more of the listed benefits:-

I am aware that being disabled may well entitle you to one or more of these benefits, though proving you are on one or more of these is the actual key to the Social Tariff.
