my phone won't connect to your number to allow me to cancel.
no other way of contacting to cancel before the router arrives ?

hi its the 03330 0412475 they give when you go to cancel. but it just won't connect
haven't had a go live date, its just says
"Sorry, we don't have your go live date yet. We'll let you know as we can.
You don't need to do anything or even be at home - it'll all happen automatically."
And its been stuck like that since 27th march.

It could be possible that there is no more FTTC connections on your cabinet. Generally NOW used only offer those connections, but they are now offering FTTP connections thanks to Sky.
You can also use this link for cancelling. There is one of the drop downs that give you an email address.
