Wifi extender IP address

I'm needing to find the IP address of my wifi extender and resrve it - anyone with any knowlege of how to do this?

Rather depends on the extender. However, as you don't know what it is it implies you didn't set it, in which case the router did by DHCP so no need to reserve it, it already knows.

Assuming that for some arcane reason the extender needs a fixed IP address, or that once established by DCHP from your router it needs to be fixed henceforth, Fing, preferably on Android, is an app that will tell you what is where on your internal network.

Then, you need the manual for your router, whatever model it is, to see how to ringfence that IP address.

But if you can please tell us the exact make and model of your extender, we can perhaps check if, and if so why, it is looking to have its IP address fixed, rather than, as @Jayach wonders, DHCP sufficing.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
