How to contact to broadband customer care? When I am trying to contact them for changing engineer visit its not getting connected. Do we get any prior mail before engineer visit ??
Use this link. On the second drop down you will see 'Get in touch', navigate to there choosing; Broadband & Calls > Installation and setup. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch drop down from there you will get the call centre info.
