My internet has been cutting in and out all day. The online broadband service check doesn't work.I held on the phone for over an hour combined (it cut out repeatedly so had to keep calling back).
It is pathetic. They never answer.

It is pathetic and just wanted to share this to vent a little bit of my rage at having to listen to du du. duh duh. du du. for over 60 minutes today and still go NOTHING RESOLVED!!!!
This is showing up on the NOW website Help Centre.
I am with NOW Broadband and don't seem to be effected.
If you can't get through to them using the phone, maybe send them an email message or send them a Tweet.
