Start account with old router

I have moved in to a new house and the previous renters left there NOW tv box, I'm hoping to use it to get Wifi but I can't seem to start a plan without ordering a new box.

Similar question asked in this linked thread below, where you will need to accept the NOW Hub Router when you sign up to NOW Broadband.

Now don't charge for the router (just a £5.00 delivery charge) so not much point using the old one.
