Need a contact number for complaints OR direct email for management / CEO... not the generic email address

The broadband complaints number is 0800 759 1213, which you could have found if persevering with the help pages.

Called this number already , and got a rude unhelpful man in customer services, who refused me to speak to management. All he gave me is the generic complaints email which isn’t good enough.

@brr95 They told me today that they have no complaints dept. They are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Nobody wants to help or is willing to help. A total shower of ######.

You certainly don’t get managers or COE contact information on this forum. Use the number provided by @redchiz1  to call the broadband team.
