My direct debit went unpaid a few days ago. They have threatened to switch me off unless I pay. I have the money and want to pay immediately online but I can’t see an option ANYWHERE . Help!!!!

I have the same problem, I received an email saying I had 10 days to clear my bill but in my account it said it was paid on the 17th April and does not give an option to pay (obviously as there's no overdue balance according to my online account) however that's me now cut off and surprise, still no option to pay😒

Me too. I need to pay my bill but cant seem to do it any where 🤔
