Now TV website is so bad, it wont let me join as a broadband customer

I use NOW TV for streaming tv.
Looking to join Now for my broadband, but every time i click on check packages. 
All the NOW website does is take me to my account details, which just becomes a dead end. 
As it offerers no way of proceeding. 

Guess Now don't want me as a broadband customer

That’s what I get when I try to be nosy at NOW for my area. However I do know that NOW don’t sell their broadband to my area as it is a FTTP only, whereas NOW only use FTTC.

Is it possible that your in the same boat or what could be the case that your area is not accepting new FTTC connections with was forced upon by OpenReach.

You could call the broadband team to see what the script is. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for the number.
