Now Broadband Payment Date

Is it possible to change the payment date for my Now broadband? I can't find any way to do this online and the chatbot isn't helpful, it just takes me round in a loop.

By calling the broadband team. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for the number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Have you done it yes, I have the same problem, call service number but cannot pay.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
