No broadband

No broadband since 11.30am today, EveryTime I try get through to them the phone goes dead

Perhaps use your mobile to call them?

You don’t get broadband support from staff on here I’m afraid.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thankyou for your help. I’m new here as you can tell. Yes I’ve rang them but it’s just an automated service saying they are working to solve the issue 😭

It will be out of NOWs hands because they are fully reliant on OpenReach for maintaining the network.
