I am moving home and want to take now broadband with me. I cannot ring up and do this over the phone as I am deaf. Can I do it online any way?

Normally moving your broadband to another property would be done over the phone indicated in this link.

However I know that you can email support and they also help with broadband queries. No harm in dropping them an email to see what can be done for you.
