Missing router and unable to talk to someone... its a good start...

I am transferring to Now TV broadband in a few days yet my route has not arrived and the bot chat is useless. How do I follow up on this?

Finding the number is relatively easy, plus if you do a search on the forum you will find endless number of threads about it.
