Hi, I am new to Now TV. I switched to Now broadband and TV recently from Sky. I downloaded the app but it seems to me I have no access to my broadband account, only entertainment and sport packages. Am I missing something? I can manage all of these on my Sky app. Thanks a lot.

on your avatar top right, click Manage NOW Account. You should see your broadband details as one of the options there.
If you don’t, then you have your broadband under a separate account; ask the Broadband team, on 150 from your Now landline, what that is.
