Interent keeps saying connect with no Internet

My interent keeps saying connected with no interent but after 5mins it would come back on so I had the engineer out yesterday to fix it and it started to work but today it started to do it again but this time it won't come back on. Any idea how to get it back on. Thanks

You will need to contact Now Broadband by the method you used before, to get the Openreach engineer back to fix it properly this time 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
