I cancelled my broadband last month as I was moving out of my last apartment but was still charged for it this month.
Has anyone experience this before and how would I ensure this is not going to keep charging to my account.
Also how would I be able to get a refund as i should be eligible

Did you get Now to agree that they couldn’t/wouldn’t supply broadband at your new address?
Otherwise, unless you are on the month to month ‘no contract’ broadband deal, the Early Termination fee, based on how many month your broadband contract still has to run, is payable.
If Now are gearing up to refund you, though, they will put the money back on the card you have been paying them from.
