Going back a while ago under the sign in section online there was an option to add a security question or security nominated extra password which i am guessing you are after.
On my tablet i can't see this or find it anymore when i sign into my NOW online account.
Every time i have phoned up NOW Broadband on behalf of my Father or Sister they asked me to pass the phone over to them to confirm they are the account holder before NOW would carry on with the telephone conversation.
In my case my Father and Sister was present in the same room during my telephone conversation with the NOW Broadband telephone adviser.
Perhaps ask NOW live chat where to add a security password or question to a NOW online account.
