My broadband account was set up incorrectly by a Now operator and now I cant register my account properly or use my account properly, I would love to talk to someone at Now but because of the operators mistake my account doesnt show me as registered so I cant have access to the Now telephone contact number! Any suggestions? apart from cancelling my account getting my money back and finding another broadband provider.
