I joined Now TV broadband on July 1st. They charged me 25 pounds, but they were suppose to charge me only 5 pounds. I thought it was my first installment. later on 15th July the tech came home and set up the wifi for us. and later that day they charged me 20 pounds again. Im so annoyed at this. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!

Where i am guessing this is not you ?
I wasn't aware of NOW charging for an Engineer to setup the NOW Router (unless things have changed recently).
Give the NOW Broadband Team a call in the morning to question this charge.
Hopefully it's a billing glitch on their system.

As the other thread say, the first £20 should not have been charged. There will definitely be no charge for the engineer setting it up.
Call them and hopefully they will credit it back.
