Cancelling

Open reach is due in a few weeks to set up my broadband but I am thinking of going with someone else can I cancel before it goes live?

Use the link provided by @Jayach to bring up the get in touch button. From there you want to select; Broadband and calls > Cancelling my service. To get the number make sure you’re signed in.
