Hi, If I cancel broadband before it goes live, do they still charge me some cancellation fee or whatever? and I have canceld by calling them but on the site, it says they stopped my cancelation.

I had the same problem so I called them again and they said they would cancel on the day I am suppose to go live??? I have had nothing confirming my cancellation to prove it is within the 14 day cooling off period and now the the 'cancellation in progress' and 'stopped cancellation' notices have disappeared. I am going to call them again tomorrow to get this sorted.
