Broadband one off fee

I want to order now TV broadband and it says there is no set up fee, only delivery charge for the router. But when I go to order it says that I need to pay £29.99 today. Why??

Now's ordering system does seem very confusing. If you are seeing the same as me: Now order.jpg

£24.00 is the first months payment, but they then change £5.99 for delivery (which used to be the price) instead of the £10.99.

Makes you wonder if you really want to join a service so totally disorganised.

@tonst See the post by @Jayach which explains the "up front payment"

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
