My broadband cut off and is not coming back on have tried turning hub off for 2 minutes and turning back on and restarting the hub but nothing is working

it's not unusual for broadband to go down about this time of night, usually some sort of maintenance.
If still down in the morning, call them.

Call the broadband team using the number from the link provided by @Jayach As you don’t get broadband staff posting on the forum.
