My bill went up between June and July when I renewed in march. Was there a bill increase around June/July time?

You should have received an email from Sky about this £3.50 NOW Broadband price rise from July onwards.

That’s exactly what’s happened. No idea how I a) didn’t notice until now and b) missed the comms on this 🤣.

Did you get the email from Sky around May or June ?
If not contact NOW Broadband Team and put in a complaint you never got any email correspondence about the NOW Broadband price rise.

Did a quick search for NowTV / Sky, plus increase and found that in August I was on the ball and raised a case 12820083 stating I noticed the increase but had not received any comms about it. I’ve not received any reply to the case other than the auto generated one giving me the case number 🤣.
is there a way to access the case using the number or best just to contact? Sorry for all the questions. I set these things up then forget about them until renewal time 🙈
