Bad company

Hi I want to know why you don't take money for 2 months when the money is in the bank but then all of a sudden expect me to just pay 2 months awful company

Saying “you” on a customer to customer forum is meaningless I’m afraid. No staff member will reply to account/billing issues.

Your best to call the broadband team to get it sorted.
