That’s very odd - your activation date is normally set by Openreach, about three weeks into the future at best.
Are you sure you are reading the date correctly? Are you sure it is an activation date, and not just an account opening date? (Activation date is the date the broadband starts).
Otherwise, best get in touch with Now Broadband to see what’s going on here.
