We're aware of an issue affecting customers paying for NOW TV with a Mastercard issued by certain banks.
If affected, your pass won't auto-renew at the end of the month, but your bank will be unaware of any issues with your card.
We're working to fix this issue as soon as possible, and are sorry for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime, if you have an alternative card, you can switch over to that in your account.
