SKY CINEMA I never Subscribed... WTF

SOO Fliping ###### off with Hidden Underline Subscription. Another Payment direct debited..

 

I need this money back. Useless piece of box although I cancelled this last month. 

 

When this box was bought what comes highlighted 3 month free Entertainment Package you can cancel it before hand. Says no ###### ###### about 'YOU ARE ALSO SUBSCRIBED TO SKY CINEMA WITH ONE MONTH FREE PASS AND WILL GET CHARGED AFTER FIRST MONTH.''

 

Companies like this please do not keep or sell a product like this.

Make sure you cancel any passes you don't want by going to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes

You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end.You should receive an email confirmation but you might want to take a screenshot of the cancelled pass as well.

If you have more than one type of pass you need to cancel each separately.

As for a refund, you can try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can do anything for you. To get there go to the following help page

If you haven't already I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future.

AGAIN, HOWEVER I ONLY ACCEPTED ANSWER. NOT SAID THIS MATTER RESOLVED... ???????  AND THIS THREAD IS COMING UP WITH GREEN (ISSUE SOLVED) SORT OF HOSTING. THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG. 

 

THIS SHOULD HAVE NOT HAD HAPPENED AT FIRST TO START WITH. 

 

has done exactly same to me , didn't screen shot my cancellation thou.. But I did get my money refunded. First month is free which is wisely hidden and this is automatically subscribed I paid the second month thought it was my fault not reading the underlines... and then cancelled subscription, set up a password then BANG. third month money was made paid for the CINEMA SUBS, lost a plot...so fricking piissed off.. 

 

 

I WAS PRETTY WEARY WITH SETTING UP MY BANK DETAILS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE AND DIDN'T EVEN SEEN ANY HINT OF ME SUBSCRIBING FOR CINEMA PASS. TIME TO CANCEL ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE ASAP,, THATS NOW.

 

Hope they will sort this issues out.

@Anonymous User You can remove the accepted solution from the options menu. 

 

I can't tell from your posts if you are wanting to leave NOW TV completely or you are wanting to carry on subscribing. However if you don't want to use NOW TV again you can pop onto live chat and ask them to remove your payment card from your account which will stop any more payments. If you want to carry on then make sure you cancel any passes you don't want and check your payment PIN is enabled.

 

People sometimes have more than one account and payments come from an old account instead, if you have any old accounts make sure the payment card is removed from them and there are no active passes on any of them.
