I have forgotten the parental pin I set up when I registered - can you tell me how to reset ?

To reset your PIN:

1. Go to the "My Account" menu from the top of the page (you might be asked to sign in)

2. Choose "Settings & PINs"

3. Click the 3rd button in the list "Reset your PIN"

4. Enter your password

3. Choose a NEW Pin and enter the digits

5. Click "Save PIN"

6. You're all set!

Hi PennyLou,

At the moment, Parental and Payment PINs cannot be reset by customers, but we can reset these for you here.

For this though I'll need to grab some account sensitive information. I've sent you a Private Message about this.

Hi Rich,

while setting up my account for the free 30 day trial an error occured and it was stuck on a screen stating that a payment process was in order? I refreshed the page and was able to sign in using the details of my account - but my account was not fully set up, i entered bank card details but nothing after that - now i have discovered there is a perental pin on everything and i cannot change this as i never set one up in the first place .... how do i fix this?

Hi

We have the same problem...we cannot access our account because of the parental PIN. I am quite sure we never actually set one.

Please advise how we fix it?

Hi Jadex,

You must set both these pins in order to use the service.

Have you tried signing into the My Account screen on a PC or Laptop and setting the parental pin to off?

You would need your pin to do this, it may be the same as the payment pin you set.

hey i have set up every thing but i dont know my parental pin and got the box im 20 years old but i can only watch kid shows on the now tv box because i dont know the pin

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties.

We can help you reset your PINs for you so you can access the content you wish to watch. We'll need to ask you some security questions first which we can't do over Community. Could you please sign into your NOW TV account and either send us an email or come onto our Live chat via the Contact Us page?

Once we verify your account we can reset this for you.
