I have been trying for consecutive days on multiple browsers to access my account details to cancel my subscription. It loads a blank page every time.
Whenever I go to the help centre to try live chat, the "links" to live chat are useless buttons that link no where. When I can even get to the "get in touch" page, the live chat is never available. This is absolutely absurd.
On top of that, I am cancelling because the app pauses the video mid stream and the audio keeps working, the only way to make the video resume is by wiggling the mouse on screen.
I am ready to go to my bank and cancel payments that way and file a complaint if I cannot get in contact with someone by the middle of this week.

I haven't received any email. I did chat with someone to try and resolve the stuttering video but they weren't able to help as they don't know macbook laptops very well.
