Unfortunately you have not provided much in the way of information!

 

For security reasons, all 'account' related issues are subject to the Data Protection Act and can't be discussed on the open forum, which means it's more appropriate for you to directly contact a NOW TV representative rather than asking one of them (or somebody who may be posing as one of them) to contact you via the forum!

 

You can contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers might not be sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users will require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • To 'Send us a message', click on the light blue 'Send Message' button.
  • To start a 'Live Chat', click on the dark blue 'Chat online' button.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

I am not at all in disagreement with any of the advice you offer here and, in contrast, from what i've seen here you and others should be drawing a salary!

However, i see repeatedly "helpers" (or volunteers?) posing LINKS LIKE THESE and possibly unwittingly making people who are already frustrated further annoyed by feelings of inadequacy when it is, in fact, ridisculously hard to reach this page without a generic issue.

If we look at the problem hypothetically, thusly:

The person originally posting seems to have a problem with their account
You have, essentially, directed them to https://help.nowtv.com/contact-us/how-do-i-cancel-now-tv (HOW DO I CANCEL NOW TV). This is a work-around and not a solution.

Here is the very crux of the problem, in black and white.

START HERE (HELP)
CLICK HOW TO CONTACT NOW TV
STEP ONE CLICK HERE (BACK TO THE START)

Infuriating and unessecarily so. 
One possible solution would be to put the actual "contact" button that HOW TO CONTACT NOWTV page as opposed to an infuriating picture of the very thing you are trying to locate, sensibly (by clicking HOW TO CONTACT NOW TV).
