why am i being charged more than any advertised plan?!

i have been with now for 3 years.. it started off at £22 and it has been 25.50 for the last year. the plan im on is advertised at £24? why am i being overcharged??

New NOW Broadband members only. 11Mb average download speed. NOW Fibre areas only. Speeds vary by location. £10 delivery fee. After 12 month minimum term, Fab Fibre auto-renews at £35.50 a month.

As above. You aren’t a new customer, so based on that, you are being undercharged £10.00 a month. Or even more if the price of Super Fibre moves away from that for Fab Fibre.

And as those who have recently been sent Now Broadband’s highly confusing renewal email might say, undercharged £21.00 a month 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
